Cathay Pacific and Dignity Health-GoHealth Urgent Care have partnered to provide Rapid COVID-19 Testing for Cathay Pacific passengers flying to Hong Kong from SFO. Cathay Pacific passengers will have access to on-site clinical evaluations and rapid COVID-19 testing with results in approximately 15 minutes.
The evaluation and test will cost $261/person and the testing site is located on Level 1 of the International Terminal.
The Dignity Health-GoHealth Urgent Care Rapid COVID-19 Testing site is located in the International Terminal Courtyard A on Level 1. If you are coming from outside the International Terminal, we recommend utilizing the convenient AirTrain, as it's the quickest way of travel throughout the airport. Once you arrive in the International Terminal, follow the signs down to Level 1.
The total fee is $261 and must be paid prior to your test using the link you receive via text message. Payment must be completed within 48 hours of booking your test online or your visit will be cancelled. Look for a text message from #25963 with a link to provide your payment details.
For on-site SFO testing, we recommend passengers coordinate their test on the same day of their flight to Hong Kong. You may schedule at any open timeslot, but we recommend reserving a spot 2-3 hours before your departure time, as testing will be closed 90 minutes prior to your departure time.
Currently, you have the option to schedule the clinical evaluation and rapid COVID-19 test 7 days prior to your travel date. We do appreciate your patience as we work towards extending this to 30 days out.
A paper copy of your test results will be available onsite in approximately 15 minutes after your test is complete. Your results will also be available to you electronically in your patient portal within 24 hours and can be downloaded in PDF format.
At the SFO Testing site, our staff administers the Anterior Nare - Sars-CoV-2 RNA Assay, Nucleic Acid Amplification Test.
We recommend passengers arrive at the testing site at least 2-3 hours prior to departure to allow adequate testing time. The Dignity Health-GoHealth Urgent Care providers and staff are not responsible and will not provide expedited services to ensure on-time departures are made by passengers.
