Important COVID-19 Information

We are now offering Rapid COVID-19 Testing at all centers!

  1. For a Rapid COVID-19 Evaluation and Test, please save your spot online for an In-Center visit or schedule a Virtual Visit.
  2. If you decide to do your evaluaton via Virtual Visit, your provider will schedule you for a same-day Rapid Test at a nearby center after the video evaluation is complete.
  3. Results will be provided onsite in approximately 15 minutes and can be found on the Patient Portal within 24 hours.

Please note that our Oregon City, Raleigh Hills and Salmon Creek centers are only testing patients without symptoms.

Q: Can I get tested for COVID-19?

A: We now offer Rapid COVID-19 Testing at all centers, with results in 15 minutes. Please note that our Oregon City, Raleigh Hills and Salmon Creek centers are only testing patients without symptoms.

You can also schedule a Virtual Visit to be evaluated for COVID-19 from the comfort of your home and then receive a test at a nearby center.

Q: Can I walk in for the test?

A: Yes, walk-in visits are available during open hours at all centers.

Q: Should I go to the ER if I have COVID-19 symptoms?

A: If your symptoms are severe (trouble breathing, chest pain, fainting, uncontrollable pain), you should seek emergency care immediately.

Q: In relation to COVID-19, who is a high risk individual?

A: According to the CDC and Legacy Health, a high risk individual is deemed to include the following: People living with a COVID-19 positive individual, people working or living in a communal or crowded setting (nursing home, daycare, etc.), migrant agricultural workers, people of color, people with a disability, and people whose first language is not english.
