Important COVID-19 Information

  1. If you wish to be evaluated for COVID-19 for care or testing, you may schedule a Virtual Visit or save your spot online at a nearby center.

  2. After your Virtual evaluation you'll be scheduled at one of our centers for a quick in-person COVID-19 test. Walk-in visits are welcome.

  3. We ask that all patients please wear a mask when entering a center. If you do not have a mask, we are happy to provide one to you - please alert our team on arrival.

Q: Can I get vaccinated for COVID-19 at your centers?

A; We currently do not have availability for first dose of vaccinations. For more information on vaccinations and availability, please visit https://covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov or call 844-919-8222.

Q: Do I need an appointment for the test and can I walk in?

A: While we always welcome walk-ins for illness and injury care, but we require a spot to be saved for COVID-19 testing to safely prepare for your visit

Q: I've recovered from COVID-19, how can I help?

A: If you recovered from COVID-19, you can help others do the same. Sign up to participate in research studies, so our scientists can better understand and treat COVID-19—and become a plasma donor as you may now have antibodies that can help critically ill patients recover faster. Q: Is COVID testing free?

​​​​​​ A: Patient responsibility, or your out-of-pocket cost, for COVID testing is based on your specific insurance coverage and plan. Please contact your insurance carrier for details about your plan details and coverage, including copays, before you visit to be sure of what the cost will be to you. For patients without insurance, we have same-day payment rates available.
