Prior to GoHealth, Andy held multiple positions at JetBlue Airways on the talent team and lead all hiring in his most recent role. In addition, Andy oversaw talent management with responsibilities for performance management, executive succession planning, high potential assessment, and career development for the company. Andy built the people analytics function at JetBlue to better connect the customer experience with the crewmember experience through data. Before joining JetBlue, Andy lead the people analytics work at Procter and Gamble, delivering research-based solutions for 125,000+ employees. Andrew has taught graduate level courses at New York University and completed his PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida.
