Center Visit Process: What you need to know
If you have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, chills, sore throat or body aches), please schedule a Virtual Visit to find out if you should be tested based on CDC and state testing guidelines. We are now offering curbside COVID-19 testing with a referral from our Virtual Visits provider.
If you do not have COVID-19 symptoms, please save your spot online to be seen at one of our centers. This will save you time and help us safely prepare for you and other patients.
- If you cannot check-in online, please come into one of our centers and sign-in at our kiosk by the front door.
Please note: If you do NOT have symptoms of COVID-19, or if you test positive for flu, you will not be tested for COVID-19. As testing supplies are limited, you also cannot be tested for COVID-19 to satisfy your employer’s requirements if you do NOT meet testing criteria.
No Out-Of-Pocket Costs For Virtual Visits With Medicare and Medicaid!
During this public health emergency surrounding COVID-19, Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries can now book a Virtual Visit or telemedicine appointments for zero out-of-pocket cost. Receive the same great care from a Hartford HealthCare-GoHealth Urgent Care provider or teledoc from the safety of your home. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms such as fever with a cough and/or shortness of breath, we encourage you to schedule a Virtual Visit instead of visiting a healthcare center.
If your symptoms are severe (trouble breathing, chest pain, fainting, uncontrollable pain), you should seek emergency care right away at your nearest ER.
