What is urgent care?

Urgent care provides immediate walk-in healthcare at medical facilities for non-life-threatening injuries or illnesses that do not require an emergency room. When you need medical attention now, the GoHealth Urgent Care has facilities near you.

How is GoHealth Urgent Care different?

If you have a life-threatening condition such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke, head trauma, severe bleeding, or loss of vision – dial 911 immediately. For most other non-life-threatening conditions, GoHealth Urgent Care is an easy and affordable choice.

Who will my provider be?

When you walk into a GoHealth Urgent Care center, you will receive services from a best in class clinician who is part of the clinical network of one of our trusted health system partners. Our providers include physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.  They work as a regional team, which can include real-time consults with emergency medicine physicians and other specialists – ensuring you always receive the highest-quality care.

Can I bring my children to GoHealth Urgent Care?

Yes. GoHealth Urgent Care treats patients of all ages, with the exception of ill children under 6 months of age.

What types of insurance does GoHealth Urgent Care accept?

We are in-network participating providers in many commercial insurance plans. See our In-Network Insurance page for a full list of health plans in which GoHealth Urgent Care and its providers are in-network participating providers. For patients without health insurance, we offer affordable self, pay rates. See our In-Network Insurance page for a comprehensive list of insurance in which GoHealth Urgent Care and its providers are in network participating providers. If you are unsure regarding your coverage, please give us a call, and we will be happy to assist you with any coverage questions you may have.
