GoHealth Urgent Care, once known as Northwest Urgent Care, is founded by Access Clinical Partners (ACP) with the goal of revolutionizing how patients access and experience healthcare.
GoHealth Urgent Care opens its first New York centers in partnership with New York’s largest health system, Northwell Health (formerly Northshore LIJ). Today, Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care has grown significantly with 50+ centers spread across New York City, Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island, Staten Island and Westchester.
Legacy Health, the largest non-profit health system in the Portland-Vancouver metro area, joins GoHealth Urgent Care to develop the largest integrated network of urgent care centers in the Pacific Northwest.
GoHealth Urgent Care partners with Dignity Health, the largest hospital provider in California and by the end of 2016 opens the largest network of urgent care centers in the San Francisco Bay Area.
GoHealth Urgent Care partners with Hartford HealthCare, the most comprehensive network of care in Connecticut to bring state-of-the-art urgent care centers to greater Hartford, Connecticut market.
GoHealth Urgent Care opens with Mercy, one of the top 5 largest U.S. health systems, bringing new urgent care centers to four different regions across Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.
Golden Gate Urgent Care becomes part of the Dignity Health-GoHealth Urgent Care family, expanding the GoHealth Urgent Care network with six more centers in the Bay Area.
Novant Health, North Carolina’s largest health system, opens its first center with GoHealth Urgent Care at the end of December, 2018 and opens 16 more centers in the first year, bringing a new type of urgent care to the communities in Winston-Salem and Charlotte.
GoHealth Urgent Care opens with ChristianaCare, a leading health system headquartered in Delaware, whose hospitals are continually ranked by US News & World Report as a Best Hospital. With 5 centers opened in the first week, GoHealth Urgent Care charged forward, caring for patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Todd Latz Chief Executive Officer
Todd W. Latz is the Chief Executive Officer of Access Clinical Partners (ACP), a national urgent care provider seeking to revolutionize the way consumers access and experience healthcare. ACP develops and operates its "GoHealth" next generation urgent care centers in a seamlessly integrated manner with its market leading health system partners. GoHealth centers cultivate a culture of care, and deliver an effortless patient experience and superior value by providing care at a significant discount to emergency departments. ACP and GoHealth are backed by TPG, one of the world's leading private investment firms with over $65 billion of capital under management.
Prior to joining ACP, Mr. Latz served as the CEO of MedQuest, Inc., a leading owner, operator and manager of diagnostic imaging facilities, with over 75 centers in 8 states. MedQuest also provides management and billing services to hospitals, physician practices and ambulatory surgery centers.
Before joining MedQuest, Mr. Latz practiced law at King & Spalding LLP in Atlanta Georgia, where he focused on public and private company securities matters, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance, as well as the representation of issuers and underwriters in a variety of capital raising transactions.
Mr. Latz is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Duke University and was then awarded a Fulbright Scholarship where he was affiliated with the Universität Leipzig in Germany. Mr. Latz received his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and was a member of the Virginia Law Review and Order of the Coif.

Bob Kinard Chief Operating Officer
Bob Kinard is the Chief Operating Officer of GoHealth. Prior to joining GoHealth, Bob was an Executive Vice President with Schumacher Clinical Partners, a leading provider of Emergency Room and Hospitalist practices. Bob also served as Vice President and COO, Physician Services at at Vanguard Health Systems, and was also the SVP and Chief Administrative Officer at e+ CancerCare. Previously, Bob served as Vice President and CFO of ConnectivHealth, as well as Chief Corporate Development Officer at Passport Health Communications. Bob earned a BS degree from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of Alabama.

Gary Weatherford Chief Customer Officer
Gary Weatherford is Chief Customer Officer of GoHealth. Gary has over 25 years’ experience in consumer-focused retail operations. Before joining GoHealth, Gary was Managing Director of Global Operations for Les Concierge, a private equity-backed global concierge company. Gary was previously Chief Operating Officer of Bare Escentuals, where he led the operational performance improvement that accelerated the company’s 25x pre-IPO valuation increase. Gary was also Executive Vice President of Operations for innovative home goods retailer Cost Plus World Market, where he oversaw the opening of 237 stores in 27 states. Gary holds a Bachelor's degree from San Francisco State University and an MBA from the University of San Francisco
Alison Van Lear General Counsel
Alison Van Lear is General Counsel of GoHealth. Prior to joining GoHealth, Alison was Deputy General Counsel of MedQuest Associates, Inc., a leading owner, operator and manager of diagnostic imaging facilities, with a network of approximately 75 imaging centers in eight states. Alison represented MedQuest and its parent company, Novant Health, Inc., in a transactional capacity advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, management arrangements, intellectual property matters and payor contracting.
Before joining MedQuest, Alison practiced law at King & Spalding LLP in Atlanta, Georgia for ten years, where she focused on strategic corporate transactions, including public and private company mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and capital raising transactions.
Alison graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs. She received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law and served as a legal intern with the International Atomic Energy Agency, a division of the United Nations, in Vienna, Austria.

Paula Blomquist Chief Marketing Officer
Paula comes to GoHealth with 15 years of executive experience, serving most recently as the Chief Marketing & Merchandising Officer at Eyemart Express, a retail optical business with more than 225 locations nationwide. Prior to her role at Eyemart, Paula was the Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer at Academic Partnerships and the Chief Marketing Officer at Michaels Stores. Paula is passionate about delivering an unparalleled customer experience, which is a perfect fit with our GoHealth vision and mission. Given this alignment and her deep and broad marketing experience, we are excited about the impact Paula will have on our continued growth and innovation. Paula holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science, and an M.B.A in Marketing.

Boyd Faust is Chief Strategy Officer of GoHealth. Boyd has over 25 years’ experience in healthcare. Unknown Object Before joining GoHealth, Boyd was CFO for Titan Health Corporation (acquired by United Surgical Partners), a national surgery center development and management company focused on joint ventures with leading health systems. Previously, Boyd has served as COO of National Surgical Care, COO of Alliance Care, SVP of a $1B multi-hospital integrated healthcare system, and Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Healthcare Consulting Group. Boyd holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Jeff Pendino Chief Administrative Officer
Jeff Pendino is Chief Administrative Officer of GoHealth. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in healthcare.
Prior to joining GoHealth, Jeff was VP of Operations for MedQuest Associates, Inc., a national radiology provider which operates a network of over 80 imaging locations and does management and consulting for hospital systems. While at MedQuest, Jeff was responsible for regional field operations and marketing as well as enterprise revenue cycle, IT, payor contracting, purchasing and report services. Jeff also was business leader for the design, development and implementation of custom RIS and revenue cycle software applications designed for operational efficiency. Previously, Jeff worked for Surgical Services, Inc., a former division of Teleflex Medical, where he led a team that provided surgical instrumentation and video leasing programs to large hospital systems and surgical centers nationally. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia.

Tim Smith Chief Business Development Officer
Tim Smith is the Vice President of Business Development for GoHealth and leads the new partnership development and M&A activities for the company. Tim has over 20 years’ experience in working in multi-site, partnership focused healthcare companies.
Prior to joining GoHealth, Tim was the SVP of Business Development for Alliance Oncology overseeing the growth of new health system partnerships. Before joining Alliance, Tim held leadership positions in both operations and business development for AMSURG, the nation’s largest surgery center operator. Tim has a Bachelor’s degree from Lipscomb University in Nashville.

Andy Biga Chief People Officer
Prior to GoHealth, Andy held multiple positions at JetBlue Airways on the talent team and lead all hiring in his most recent role. In addition, Andy oversaw talent management with responsibilities for performance management, executive succession planning, high potential assessment, and career development for the company. Andy built the people analytics function at JetBlue to better connect the customer experience with the crewmember experience through data. Before joining JetBlue, Andy lead the people analytics work at Procter and Gamble, delivering research-based solutions for 125,000+ employees. Andrew has taught graduate level courses at New York University and completed his PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida.

Sarah Arora Chief Growth Officer
Sarah is the Market President for Northwell Health–GoHealth Urgent Care and leads the development and operational management of our New York centers. Prior to joining GoHealth, Sarah held a number of strategic and operational positions in healthcare firms. She served in McKinsey & Company’s Healthcare Systems & Services practice, where she led lean operational turnarounds for multi-billion dollar health systems. Sarah also worked for healthcare IT firm Castlight Health and venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. Sarah holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Stanford University and an MBA with Honors from Harvard Business School.
David Tep Regional President
David Tep is the Market President for the Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care market. Prior to joining GoHealth, David was responsible for 12 health system relationships covering multi-state and multi-site Emergency, Anesthesia, Critical Care, Hospitalist, and Post-Acute operations. Additionally, David also has extensive experience with Emergency Room and Hospitalist practice management, as well as Hospice services. David lives in Portland, OR. He has 2 kids, loves golf and basketball, is an avid traveler, and enjoys cooking (especially creative ways to prepare dishes), and David is always up for a nice horror movie. David holds a BS in Health Service Administration from Upper Iowa University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Kirsten Jones Regional President
Kirsten Jones is Market President for the Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care market and leads the development and operational management of our North Carolina centers. Prior to joining GoHealth, Kirsten was the South Carolina Regional Vice President for MedQuest Associates, Inc., a national radiology provider that operates a network of independent diagnostic testing facilities. During her 20-year tenure with MedQuest, Kirsten held numerous operational positions that enabled her to grow and direct center operations from inception to full operational capacity, and she also led key strategic and value-driving enterprise initiatives. Kirsten holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Georgia.
Sherry Buebendorf Regional President
Sherry is the Market President for the Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care market. Prior to joining GoHealth Urgent Care, Sherry was the Vice President for a national healthcare system, personally partnering with over 27 hospitals, as well as physicians across the country. Sherry has extensive, first-hand experience in the Emergency Department - first as a nurse and then eventually taking on the director role for an Emergency Department in Baltimore. Sherry recognized that what makes urgent care different than the ER is patients choose to visit urgent care, so she made improving the customer experience an immediate focus when starting at GoHealth Urgent Care. Sherry now lives just outside of St. Louis, Missouri with her husband, daughter and son . She serves on the diversity council at her daughter’s school. She is an avid runner, photography enthusiast and soccer mom.
