Center Visit Process: What you need to know
If you have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, runny nose, chills, sore throat or body aches), please schedule a Virtual Visit to find out if you should be tested based on testing criteria from the CDC, WHO and federal and state governments. Please note, we are not currently offering COVID-19 testing at our centers.
If you do not have COVID-19 symptoms, please save your spot online. This will save you time and help us safely prepare for you and other patients.
- If you cannot check-in online, please come into one of our centers and sign-in at our kiosk by the front door.
Please note: If you do NOT have symptoms of COVID-19, or if you test positive for flu, you will not be tested for COVID-19. As testing supplies are limited, you also cannot be tested for COVID-19 to satisfy your employer’s requirements if you do NOT meet testing criteria.
No Out-Of-Pocket Costs For Virtual Visits With Medicare!
During this public health emergency surrounding COVID-19, our patients that are Medicare beneficiaries can now book a Virtual Visit for zero out-of-pocket costs. Receive the same great care from a Hartford HealthCare-GoHealth Urgent care provider from the safety of your home. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms such as fever with a cough and/or shortness of breath, we encourage you to schedule a Virtual Visit instead of visiting a healthcare center.
If your symptoms are severe (trouble breathing, chest pain, fainting, uncontrollable pain), you should seek emergency care right away at your nearest ER.
