  1. If you are experiencing symptoms please select any of our centers above.

  2. If you are not experiencing symptoms but have been in close contact with a COVID-19 positive person in the last 10 days, please schedule a Virtual Visit. Exposed patients without symptoms should wait 5-7 days after exposure before being tested. Please do not schedule a Virtual Visit and in-center visit at the same time.

Please wear a mask in the center or let us know if you need one.

  4. COVID-19 Antibody testing is available at all centers.

Frequently Asked Questions on COVID-19 Testing:

Q: Can I get tested for COVID-19?

A: Testing is available at all of our centers for patients experiencing symptoms - please save your spot online. If you are not experiencing symptoms, but have been in close contact with a COVID-19 positive person in the past 10 days, please schedule a Virtual Visit. Exposed patients should wait 5-7 days after exposure before being tested. Please do not schedule a Virtual Visit and in-center visit at the same time. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past three months we do not retest, per CDC guidelines.

Q: Can I walk in for the test?

A: Yes, you can walk in to be evaluated by a provider. However, for safety we advise that you check in online for your visit, notify us that you have arrived via text, and wait in your car outside until notified by one of our providers. If you are not experiencing symptoms but have been in close contact with a COVID-19 positive person in the last 10 days, please schedule a Virtual Visit.

Q: How long do I have to wait for test results if I do get tested?

A: Our rapid COVID-19 test results will be available on-site in approximately 15 minutes. You can also find your results on your Patient Portal in 1-2 days (3-4 days for antibody tests.) Please do not call our centers for test results, as results will be communicated to you as soon as they are completed via MyChart (Patient Portal) and a phone call. If you have issues logging into your Patient Portal, please call 844-266-8268, option 1.

Q: Can I receive a COVID-19 test for travel clearance?

A: Yes, we offer COVID-19 testing for upcoming travel at our Berewick and Kernersville center locations. Patients with COVID-19 symptoms and/or a COVID-19 exposure in the past 14 days will not be tested for travel clearance, as they don't meet travel testing requirements. We do not recommend traveling.
