Important COVID-19 Information

We're Open For COVID-19 Testing:

  1. Save your spot online. This will save you time and help us safely prepare for you and other patients.
  2. If you cannot check-in online, please sign-in at our kiosk by the front door, then wait in your car if you would like. If you’ve opted for SMS from us, our queuing system will text you when a provider is ready to see you inside! Otherwise, our staff will call you when it’s your turn.
  3. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever with a cough and/or shortness of breath), please save your spot online and wait in your car. Our team members will come to your car with the necessary paperwork and materials for screening, triage and care, which includes a temperature check, a flu test, and a COVID-19 swab.

Please note: If you do NOT have symptoms of COVID-19, or if you test positive for flu, we cannot test you for COVID-19. As testing supplies are limited, we also cannot test you for COVID-19 to satisfy your employer’s requirements if you do NOT have symptoms.

Frequently Asked Questions on COVID-19 Testing:

Q: Can I get tested for COVID-19?

A: Yes, testing is available if you have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever with cough and/or shortness of breath) and meet other testing criteria determined by the CDC, WHO, and Novant Health.

Q: My PCP sent me here for testing, what now?

A: Great, we can perform testing if you meet the testing criteria. We'll even come to your car to triage and test if necessary.

Q: Can I walk in for the test?

A: Yes, you can walk in and check-in at the kiosk at the front door – but we ask that you return to your car and wait for a text or phone call. However, we strongly recommend that you save your spot online ahead of time.

Q: Do I need an appointment for the test?

A: No, you do not need an appointment for the test. However, we strongly recommend that you save your spot online to save you time. We can only perform testing if you meet the testing criteria.

Q: How long do I have to wait for test results if I do get tested?

A: Our COVID-19 swabs are sent to a lab for testing, which could take 4-6 days. Please do not call our centers for test results, as results will be sent to you as soon as they are completed.
