Important COVID-19 Information

  1. We offer rapid COVID-19 testing, with results in 15 minutes or less. For a COVID-19 evaluation and test please schedule a Virtual Visit or an in-center visit at our Oregon City COVID-19 Testing Center or our centers in Raleigh Hills, Sherwood, Salmon Creek, Pearl, Camas, Lake Oswego, Williams, Johnson Creek or West Linn.
  2. Patients who qualify for the rapid COVID-19 test after a Virtual Visit evaluation with a provider will be provided with a same-day or next-day testing appointment at one of our local urgent care centers.
  3. Results will be provided onsite in approximately 15 minutes and can be found on the Patient Portal within 24 hours.

Q: Can I get tested for COVID-19?

A: Yes, we currently offer rapid COVID-19 testing to patients with or without COVID-19 symptoms at the following centers: Oregon City COVID-19 Testing Center, Raleigh Hills, Sherwood, Salmon Creek, Pearl, Camas, Lake Oswego, Williams, Johnson Creek or West Linn.

You can also schedule a Virtual Visit to be evaluated for COVID-19 from the comfort of your home.

Q: Can I walk in for the test?

A: Walk-in visits for COVID-19 related visits are available at our Sherwood, Lake Oswego, Williams and Johnson Creek centers.

Q: Should I go to the ER if I have COVID-19 symptoms?

A: If your symptoms are severe (trouble breathing, chest pain, fainting, uncontrollable pain), you should seek emergency care immediately.

Q: In relation to COVID-19, who is a high risk individual?

A: According to the CDC and Legacy Health, a high risk individual is deemed to include the following: People living with a COVID-19 positive individual, people working or living in a communal or crowded setting (nursing home, daycare, etc.), migrant agricultural workers, people of color, people with a disability, and people whose first language is not english.
