Important COVID-19 Information

  1. We are now offering rapid COVID-19 testing, with results in 15 minutes or less. If you have symptoms of COVID-19, or are a high risk individual please schedule a Virtual Visit to find out if you should be tested based on criteria from the CDC, the State, and Legacy Health. If testing is clinical appropriate, a provider will refer you for testing at one of our drive-through testing sites. You must complete a Virtual Visit prior to receiving a rapid COVID-19 test.

  2. If you do NOT have symptoms but think you may have been exposed to COVID-19 and would like to be tested, please save your spot online for an in-center visit at our Raleigh Hills or Sherwood COVID-19 Testing Centers. Please note that walk-in patients will not be seen at our testing center.

  3. Please text "Here" when you arrive or check-in at the front prior to your estimated visit time, then return to your car or wait outside. If you’ve opted for SMS from us, our queuing system will text you when a provider is ready to see you inside! Otherwise, our staff will call you when it’s your turn to be seen.
