Important COVID-19 Information

Center Visit Process: What you need to know

  1. We are now offering rapid COVID-19 testing, with results in 15 mins or less. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever with a cough and/or shortness of breath) or believe you have been exposed to a COVID-19 postive individual, please schedule a Virtual Visit to find out if you should be tested based on criteria from the CDC, WHO, and Legacy Health. A provider will refer you for testing at one of our local Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care centers if medically indicated.

  2. If you cannot schedule a Virtual Visit, please save your spot online. This will save you time and help us safely prepare for you and other patients.

  3. Please text "Here" when you arrive or check-in at the front prior to your estimated visit time, then return to your car or wait outside. If you’ve opted for SMS from us, our queuing system will text you when a provider is ready to see you inside! Otherwise, our staff will call you when it’s your turn to be seen.

Frequently Asked Questions on COVID-19 Testing

Q: Can I get tested for COVID-19 at your centers?

A: Yes, we currently offer rapid COVID-19 testing if clinically indicated after a Virtual Visit with a provider. We also offfer COVID-19 antibody testing.

Q: Can I walk in for the test?

A: Please schedule a Virtual Visit prior to coming into a center for a COVID-19 Evaluation. If medically indicated, based on CDC and state guidelines, our provider will schedule you for an in-person rapid COVID-19 test at one of our centers.

Q: Should I go to the ER if I have COVID-19 symptoms?

A: If your symptoms are severe (trouble breathing, chest pain, fainting, uncontrollable pain) and you feel like you need to be hospitalized, you should seek emergency care right away. However, if your symptoms are mild to moderate we are recommending you stay home to self-quarantine, while continuing to monitor symptoms.

I was impressed with the attention and thoughtfulness of the staff; they anticipated my needs before I verbalized them (ie, providing me with heat packs so the IV fluids didn't make me cold).
