Center Visit Process: What you need to know

We are now offering rapid COVID-19 testing, with results in 15 mins or less. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever with a cough and/or shortness of breath), please schedule a Virtual Visit to find out if you should be tested based on criteria from the CDC, WHO, and Legacy Health. A provider who will refer you for testing at one of our local GoHealth Urgent Care centers if testing criteria is met.

If you are a front-line medical personnel or a first responder (police, fire and other emergency personnel), our rapid COVID-19 testing is available to you. Learn more here.

If you cannot schedule a Virtual Visit, please save your spot online. This will save you time and help us safely prepare for you and other patients.

If you cannot check-in online, please check-in at the front, then return to your car or wait outside. If you’ve opted for SMS from us, our queuing system will text you when a provider is ready to see you inside! Otherwise, our staff will call you when it’s your turn to be seen inside.

No Out-Of-Pocket Costs for Virtual Visits with Medicare!
During this public health emergency surrounding COVID-19, Medicare beneficiaries can now book a Virtual Visit or telemedicine appointments for zero out-of-pocket cost. Receive the same great care from a Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care provider or teledoc from the safety of your home. If your symptoms are severe (trouble breathing, chest pain, fainting, uncontrollable pain), you should seek emergency care right away at your nearest ER.
