Important COVID-19 Information

  1. If you wish to be evaluated for COVID-19 for care or testing, you may use our Virtual Visit service. For your own safety, and that of other patients and our team, you can be evaluated via video and also discuss testing options before visiting a center.

  2. If you prefer to visit a center for care, we strongly recommend that you save your spot online for an in-center visit. This provides greater convenience to you, and allows our team to prepare for your visit.

  3. We ask that all patients please wear a mask when entering a center. If you do not have a mask, we are happy to provide one to you - please alert our team on arrival.

  4. Whether you have checked-in online or are just walking in for a visit, we ask that you call the center upon arrival and a member of our team will provide you with more information about your visit before entering.

Frequently Asked Questions on COVID-19

Q: Can I get tested for COVID-19?

A:  There are two ways that we can help you with COVID-19 care or testing.

1. Save a spot for a visit in any of our centers for evaluation and testing.
2. We offer Virtual Visits for evaluation via video, from the comfort of your home. After this evaluation, a provider can advise you on care and testing procedure.

Q: Do I need an appointment for the test and can I walk in?

  1.  If you prefer to visit a center for care, we strongly recommend that you save your spot online for an in-center visit. This provides greater convenience to you, and allows our team to prepare for your visit.
  2. We ask that all patients please wear a mask when entering a center. If you do not have a mask, we are happy to provide one to you - please alert our team on arrival.
  3. Whether you have checked-in online or are just walking in for a visit, we ask that you call the center upon arrival and a member of our team will provide you with more information about your visit before entering.

Q: I've recovered from COVID-19, how can I help?

A: If you recovered from COVID-19, you can help others do the same. Sign up to participate in research studies, so our scientists can better understand and treat COVID-19—and become a plasma donor as you may now have antibodies that can help critically ill patients recover faster. Q: Should I go to the ER if I have COVID-19 symptoms

A: If your symptoms are severe (trouble breathing, chest pain, fainting, uncontrollable pain) or you feel like you need to be hospitalized, you should seek emergency care right away. If your symptoms are mild to moderate, you can save your spot at a center or schedule a Virtual Visit.

Q: What if I wish to be seen for non-COVID-19 related illness or injury?

A: As always, we are available to care for non-life threatening illness or injuries in all of our centers. We still strongly recommend that patients save their spot and check-in online for their in-center visit, and ask that our temporary protocol is followed for your safety. Alternatively, many common illnesses and injuries can be evaluated via Virtual Visit service. See the full list here.

Q: Is COVID testing free?

A: Patient responsibility, or your out-of-pocket cost, for COVID testing is based on your specific insurance coverage and plan. Please contact your insurance carrier for details about your plan details and coverage, including copays, before you visit to be sure of what the cost will be to you. For patients without insurance, we have same-day payment rates available - you can email us for details on these rates specific to your situation.

Jesse G. - New York
I had a great experience here last week. I scheduled a time to come in and they were ready for me with no delays. The staff is welcoming, kind and appear to be efficient. The doctor and nurse were knowledgeable and diagnosed me quickly. I was feeling better by the next day!

Everyone that I met today was super friendly and helpful. I left with a smile on my face and I don't always do that after a visit to the doctor!
