Important COVID-19 Information
Patient Visit Process: What you need to know
If you have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, runny nose, chills, sore throat or body aches), please schedule a Video Visit to find out if you should be tested based on testing criteria from the CDC, WHO and federal and state governments. We are now offering curbside COVID-19 testing at our Quail Springs center with a referral from a Video Visit provider.
If you do not have COVID-19 symptoms, please save your spot online. This will save you time and help us safely prepare for you and other patients.
- If you cannot check-in online, please sign-in at our kiosk by the front door, then return to your car or wait outside if you’d like. If you’ve opted for SMS from us, our queuing system will text you when a provider is ready to see you inside! Otherwise, our staff will call you when it’s your turn to be seen inside.
Virtual Care for the Whole Family
- Get same-day, quality care via phone, tablet or computer for adults and children 1-year-old and up.
- Book Video Visits for what kids have the most, such as ear infections, colds, pink eye, rash, allergies and more.
- Open 7-days a week, including holidays. Kids don’t put their coughs on a calendar, so we don’t adhere to one.
No Out-Of-Pocket Costs for Video Visits with Medicare!
During this public health emergency surrounding COVID-19, Medicare beneficiaries can now book a Video Visit or telemedicine appointments for zero out-of-pocket cost. Receive the same great care from a Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care provider or teledoc from the safety of your home. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms such as fever with a cough and/or shortness of breath, we encourage you to schedule a Video Visit instead of visiting a healthcare center.
If your symptoms are severe (trouble breathing, chest pain, fainting, uncontrollable pain), you should seek emergency care right away at your nearest ER.
