Patient Visit Process: What you need to know
If you have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, runny nose, chills, sore throat or body aches), please schedule a Video Visit to find out if you should be tested based on testing criteria from the CDC, WHO and federal and state governments. COVID-19 Diagnostic and Antibody testing is available 7 days a week at all centers. Please note: Due to limited testing supplies, if you do not have symptoms of COVID-19, you may not receive a COVID-19 diagnostic test.
If you do not have COVID-19 symptoms, please save your spot online. This will save you time and help us safely prepare for you and other patients.
- If you cannot check-in online, please sign-in at our kiosk by the front door, then return to your car or wait outside if you’d like. If you’ve opted for SMS from us, our queuing system will text you when a provider is ready to see you inside! Otherwise, our staff will call you when it’s your turn to be seen inside.
Virtual Care for the Whole Family
- Get same-day, quality care via phone, tablet or computer for adults and children 1-year-old and up.
- Book Video Visits for what kids have the most, such as ear infections, colds, pink eye, rash, allergies and more.
- Open 7-days a week, including holidays. Kids don’t put their coughs on a calendar, so we don’t adhere to one.
