Important COVID-19 Information

Center Visit Process: What you need to know

  1. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, runny nose, chills, sore throat or body aches), please schedule a Video Visit to find out if you should be tested based on testing criteria from the CDC, WHO and federal and state governments. Please note, we are not currently offering COVID-19 testing at our centers. Alternatively, you can call 800-632-4502 or the Arkansas Department of Health to find out if you should be tested.

  2. If you do not have COVID-19 symptoms, please save your spot online. This will save you time and help us safely prepare for you and other patients.

  3. If you cannot check-in online, please sign-in at our kiosk by the front door, then return to your car or wait outside if you’d like. If you’ve opted for SMS from us, our queuing system will text you when a provider is ready to see you inside! Otherwise, our staff will call you when it’s your turn to be seen inside.

Frequently Asked Questions on COVID-19 Testing

Q: Can I walk in for the test?

A: No, please do not walk-in to be tested. Schedule a Video Visit prior to coming into a center to find out if you should be tested.

Q: How long do I have to wait for test results if I do get tested?

A: COVID-19 swabs are sent to a lab for testing, which could take 7-10 days.

Q: Can I get tested for COVID-19 at your locations?

A: No, we do not offer COVID-19 testing at our centers. However, testing is available at designated locations in the NW Arkansas area if you have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever with cough and/or shortness of breath) and meet other testing criteria determined by the CDC, WHO, and Mercy.
