Frequently Asked Questions on COVID-19 Testing

Q: Can I get tested for COVID-19 at your centers?

A: Yes, we currently offer rapid COVID-19 testing if clinically indicated after a Virtual Visit with a provider.

Q: Can I walk in for the test?

A: Please schedule a Virtual Visit prior to coming into a center for a COVID-19 Evaluation. If clinically appropriate based on CDC and state guidelines, our provider will schedule you for an in-person rapid COVID-19 test at one of our centers.

Q: Should I go to the ER if I have COVID-19 symptoms?

A: If your symptoms are severe (trouble breathing, chest pain, fainting, uncontrollable pain) and you feel like you need to be hospitalized, you should seek emergency care right away. Testimonials

This is my second review for the San Bruno location. 3 out of 4 of my family members have all been to this location and seen by PA Khavita. She is warm, professional and very knowledgeable. Marina at the front is also awesome. I am so glad that this urgent care is close to my house. Kudos to the staff.

Came in late at 7pm and was immediately greeted by a very friendly face. Justin was accommodating and very nice. He made me feel comfortable before seeing Dr. Feeney, who was awesome as well. She was very thorough in her explanation and helped me make a good choice that worked for me. All in all, definitely recommend for any one else!!

This is hands down the best experience and service I have ever had! The whole weekend I have been gasping for air and feeling really restless. I checked in online at work and rushed back home to San Bruno to visit the urgent care. Upon arrival Justin greeted me. As soon as I got into the room I was approached by Brian Wolter who helped me diagnose what was going on and made sure to not miss anything. I will always find this place amazing, especially for a fast response and help considering my primary doctor told me she wouldn't be able to see me for a month, which startled me because I felt like this was an emergency. All in all I really recommend this urgent care in San Bruno and especially the staff Justin and Brian Wolter! Again, thank you for taking extra care and I will definitely recommend this spot!
