Important COVID-19 Information

Center Visit Process: What you need to know

  1. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever with a cough and/or shortness of breath), please schedule a Virtual Visit for guidance on next steps in care. Please note, we are NOT currently offering COVID-19 testing at our centers due to limited supply.

  2. If you cannot schedule a Virtual Visit, please save your spot online. This will save you time and help us safely prepare for you and other patients.

  3. If you cannot check-in online, please check-in at the front, then return to your car or wait outside. If you’ve opted for SMS from us, our queuing system will text you when a provider is ready to see you inside! Otherwise, our staff will call you when it’s your turn to be seen inside.

Please note: If you do NOT have symptoms of COVID-19, or if you test positive for flu, you will not be tested for COVID-19. As testing supplies are limited, you also cannot be tested for COVID-19 to satisfy your employer’s requirements if you do NOT meet testing criteria.

Frequently Asked Questions on COVID-19 Testing

Q: Can I get tested for COVID-19 at your centers?

A: No, we do not offer COVID-19 testing at our centers.

Q: Can I walk in for the test?

A: No, please do not walk-in to be tested. Schedule a Virtual Visit prior to coming into a center to find out if you should be tested.

Q: Can I get tested for COVID-19 in CA?

A: Yes, testing is available for severe cases at designated locations if you have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever with cough and/or shortness of breath) and meet other testing criteria determined by the CDC, WHO, and Dignity Health. Please call 311 for more information.

Q: Should I go to the ER if I have COVID-19 symptoms?

A: If your symptoms are severe (trouble breathing, chest pain, fainting, uncontrollable pain) and you feel like you need to be hospitalized, you should seek emergency care right away. However, if your symptoms are mild to moderate we are recommending you stay home to self-quarantine, while continuing to monitor symptoms.

Testimonials

P. R. - California
Exactly what you want in urgent care. Top-quality facility with great customer service and bedside manner. They had a RN/PA rather than a MD on site, but this increasingly common and I didn't feel a lower quality of service because of it. I would highly recommend them and will definitely go back here if I ever need to.

I highly recommend this urgent care. I was able to check-in online within minutes, and everyone who works there was very kind and knowledgeable. They took a lot of time with me and made sure I was comfortable before sending me home with the meds I needed.
