Urgent Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

EXCELLENT BONUS PROGRAM:

Fulltime and Part-time providers are eligible for the following bonus programs:  

• Daily Volume Bonus paid monthly based on patient visit metrics met per shift (to reward those who work at the busier centers).
• Quarterly Bonus of up to 10% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores, productivity and quality measures.

Opportunity:

We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Hartford providers. Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem schedules are available.  

We have 28 locations located throughout the Greater Hartford area including New Haven, Old Saybrook, New London and Norwich.

We offer:  

• Competitive compensation and robust benefits package as an employee of Hartford HeatlhCare. Qualified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners can earn a fulltime annual base compensation ranging from $126,796.80 to $171,600.00+ per year*

• An on-site staff of Rad Techs and Medical Assistants who assist you by taking vitals, reviewing medications, applying splints and administering meds and vaccines.

Minimum Required Qualifications:  

• PA/NP: 1 year of Full-Time experience in an Urgent Care, Primary Care or Emergency Medicine setting required
• Physicians: BC in Family Medicine, Med-Peds or Emergency Medicine
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages).
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.

*The compensation rate encompasses a foundational base rate (commensurate with experience), plus shift differential and guaranteed retention bonus. Opportunity for additional earnings contingent upon the attainment of bonus metrics, which include but are not limited to patient satisfaction, clinical quality, patient visits per hour and daily volumes.
