Important COVID-19 Information

Center Visit Process: What you need to know

1. If you have been at risk for exposure, whether you have had symptoms or not, a provider will evaluate you and can schedule you for curbside testing at our Avon, South Windsor or New London centers.

2. If you would like to be seen at one of our centers for any non-COVID-19 related urgent care needs, please save your spot online or schedule a Virtual Visit. This will save you time and help us safely prepare for you and other patients.

3. If you cannot check-in online, please come into one of our centers and sign-in at our kiosk by the front door.

Please note: If you do NOT have symptoms of COVID-19, or if you test positive for flu, you will not be tested for COVID-19. As testing supplies are limited, you also cannot be tested for COVID-19 to satisfy your employer’s requirements if you do NOT meet testing criteria.

Frequently Asked Questions on COVID-19 Testing

Q: Can I get tested for COVID-19 at your locations?

A. Yes, we are offering curbside COVID-19 testing via a referral by one of our in-center or Virtual Visit providers at our Avon, South Windsor and New London centers only. We offer tests to children ages 12 and older, when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Can I walk in for a test?

A: Yes, you are able to save your spot online for an in-person evaluation by one of our providers.  If you have been at risk for COVID-19 exposure, our provider will schedule you for curbside testing at our Avon, South Windsor or New London urgent care centers, even if you are asymptomatic.

Q: How long do I have to wait for test results if I do get tested?

A: COVID-19 swabs are sent to a lab for testing. Test results are available within 2-3 days.
