Important COVID-19 Information

Now Offering COVID-19 Testing Options at All Centers:

  1. COVID-19 Testing (PCR, Rapid, Travel, Antibody) is available 7 days a week at all centers. Our providers can evaluate you in-center or via Virtual Visit and then administer a quick test at any of our centers. For more accurate results, we ask that patients exposed to COVID-19 in the past 10 days wait at least 7 days before getting tested. 

  2. Please text us when you arrive or sign-in at our kiosk by the front door, then wait in your car. If you’ve opted for texts from us, our queuing system will text you when a provider is ready to see you! Otherwise, our staff will call you when it’s your turn. Please wear a mask in the center or let us know if you need one.

  3. COVID-19 Antibody testing and Travel Testing (PCR and Rapid) is available at all centers.

Q: Can I get tested for COVID-19?

A: Yes, COVID-19 Testing is available at all of our centers - please save your spot online, schedule a Virtual Visit evaluation, or just walk in. 

Q: Can I walk in for the test?

A: Yes, you can walk in to any of our centers to be evaluated by a provider for COVID-19 testing. 

Q: How long do I have to wait for test results if I do get tested?

A: Our Rapid COVID-19 Test results will be available on-site in approximately 15 minutes. PCR Test results will be available in approximately 2-3 days. You can find your results on your Patient Portal. Please do not call our centers for test results, as results will be communicated to you as soon as they are completed via MyChart (Patient Portal) and a phone call. If you have issues logging into your Patient Portal, please call 844-266-8268, option 1.

Q: Can I receive a COVID-19 test for travel clearance?

A: Yes, we offer COVID-19 testing for upcoming travel at all center locations. Patients with COVID-19 symptoms and/or a COVID-19 exposure in the past 14 days will not be tested for travel clearance, as they don't meet travel testing requirements. Patients are responsible for understanding the testing requirements for their destination.
