Important COVID-19 Information

  1. If you wish to be evaluated for COVID-19 for care or testing, you may use our Virtual Visit service. For your own safety, and that of other patients and our team, you can be evaluated via video and also discuss testing options before visiting a center.

  2. If you prefer to visit a center for care, we strongly recommend that you save your spot online for an in-center visit. This provides greater convenience to you, and allows our team to prepare for your visit.

  3. We ask that all patients please wear a mask when entering a center. If you do not have a mask, we are happy to provide one to you - please alert our team on arrival.

  4. Whether you have checked-in online or are just walking in for a visit, we ask that you call the center upon arrival and a member of our team will provide you with more information about your visit before entering

A; We currently do not have availability for first dose of vaccinations. For more information on vaccinations and availability, please visit https://covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov or call 844-919-8222.

All patients who received their first dose at one of our urgent care locations will be contacted directly with an appointment for their second vaccine.

Q: Can I get tested for COVID-19?

A:  There are two ways that we can help you with COVID-19 care or testing.
1. Save a spot for a visit in any of our centers for evaluation and testing.

Q: Should I go to the ER if I have COVID-19 symptoms

A: If your symptoms are severe (trouble breathing, chest pain, fainting, uncontrollable pain) or you feel like you need to be hospitalized, you should seek emergency care right away. If your symptoms are mild to moderate, you can save your spot at a center or schedule a Virtual Visit.

Q: What if I wish to be seen for non-COVID-19 related illness or injury?

A: As always, we are available to care for non-life threatening illness or injuries in all of our centers. We still strongly recommend that patients save their spot and check-in online for their in-center visit, and ask that our temporary protocol is followed for your safety. Alternatively, many common illnesses and injuries can be evaluated via Virtual Visit service. See the full list here.

Q: Is COVID testing free?

A: Patient responsibility, or your out-of-pocket cost, for COVID testing is based on your specific insurance coverage and plan. Please contact your insurance carrier for details about your plan details and coverage, including copays, before you visit to be sure of what the cost will be to you. For patients without insurance, we have same-day payment rates available - you can email us for details on these rates specific to your situation.

Everyone there is very kind. I was in and out quickly with a prescription of antibiotics that made me feel better the very next morning.

Kelly M. - New York
One of my best experiences with a doctor and staff. The nurse was super nice too and explained things more than once for me. The doctor spent a good amount of time with me listening attentively and asking questions. I HIGHLY recommend this walk in clinic!

Elaine S. - New York
From checkin to seeing the doctor, every step of the way went smoothly and each person had a pleasant attitude. I forgot to take the doctor's business card on my way out. Since everything else was via my cellphone, maybe the doctor's card could be texted or emailed to my phone in case I needed to reach the center for any questions I might have. If necessary, I would definitely visit again.
