What is the cost?

Most insurance plans cover COVID-19 testing at no cost to the patient under most circumstances. We are in-network with most major insurance plans and recommend that you contact your plan administrator in advance of your visit to confirm costs and coverage.

Ticket holders are responsible for all costs associated with testing, either through insurance or direct payment. A self-pay fee schedule is available.
