Virtual Evaluations From Camp

If your camper gets sick or injured during camp, they can receive urgent care without missing a beat (or any activities)! All campers and staff will have preferred access to Virtual Visit appointments where they can be seen via video using a phone, tablet or computer. Virtual Visits can be used to evaluate:

  • Cold, cough & flu symptoms
  • Skin irritations, such as mild burns, poison ivy, or bug bites Sprains or other minor
  • Injuries
  • And more...

Can I use my health insurance at Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care?

Yes, we are in-network with most major insurance companies. To view the full list of insurances in our network, click here. For patients without insurance, we offer affordable same-day rates.

Does a parent or guardian need to be present with a child during a Virtual Visit?

Prior to dropping a child off at camp, parents will sign a consent form that puts campers under the care of camp staff. If care is needed, camp staff will present the signed consent form to the Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care team.

What days and hours are you open?

Most of our urgent care centers are open 7 days a week, including holidays. Our center hours are 8am-8pm Monday through Friday and 7am-7pm on the weekends.Our two pediatric centers are open everyday from 10am-10pm.

Virtual Visits are also available everyday during center hours.
