Patient Visit Process: What you need to know
Save your spot online. This will save you time and help us safely prepare for you and other patients.
If you cannot check-in online, please sign-in at our kiosk by the front door, then return to your car or wait outside if you’d like. If you’ve opted for SMS from us, our queuing system will text you when a provider is ready to see you inside! Otherwise, our staff will call you when it’s your turn to be seen inside.
- If you have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever with a cough and/or shortness of breath), please call 877-215-8336 to find out if you should be tested. Please note, we are NOT offering COVID-19 testing at our centers.
Please note: If you do NOT have symptoms of COVID-19, or if you test positive for flu, you will not be tested for COVID-19. As testing supplies are limited, you also cannot be tested for COVID-19 to satisfy your employer’s requirements if you do NOT meet testing criteria.
