If you would like to be evaluated by one of our providers for testing, we recommend you schedule a Video Visit. You can also save your spot online at your nearest center. COVID-19 diagnostic and antibody testing is available at all centers.

  2. If you do not have COVID-19 symptoms, please save your spot online. This will save you time and help us safely prepare for you and other patients.

  3. If you cannot check-in online, please sign-in at our kiosk by the front door, then return to your car or wait outside if you'd like. Testimonials

C. Hall - Missouri
This place was extremely helpful. The doctor and nurse were great. It was nice having an appointment instead of waiting for hours. They even called to check and see how I was a few days later. The place was very clean.
