Important COVID-19 Information

Center Visit Process: What you need to know

  1. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever with a cough and/or shortness of breath), please schedule a Video Visit to find out if you should be tested based on testing criteria from the CDC, WHO and federal and state governments. Please note, we are not currently offering COVID-19 testing at our centers.

  2. If you do not have COVID-19 symptoms, please Save Your Spot online. This will save you time and help us safely prepare for you and other patients.

  3. If you cannot check-in online, please sign-in at our kiosk by the front door, then return to your car or wait outside if you’d like. If you’ve opted for SMS from us, our queuing system will text you when a provider is ready to see you inside! Otherwise, our staff will call you when it’s your turn to be seen inside

Individuals with general questions about coronavirus can call Delaware Division of Public Health 1-866-408-1899 or email [email protected]

Frequently Asked Questions on COVID-19 Testing
