We’re excited to announce that Dr. Michael Breyer joined the Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care team as Medical Director on January 26, 2026. 

In this role, Dr. Breyer will partner closely with Scotty Sonntag, Vice President of the Northwest Region, and Manny Singh, Regional President. Together, they’ll work to strengthen alignment across clinical operations and continue supporting the high-quality, patient-centered care that customers trust at Legacy-GoHealth. Dr. Breyer will also help guide initiatives focused on clinical quality, operational efficiency and advancing our shared mission and values. 

A board-certified emergency medicine physician, Dr. Breyer brings more than two decades of experience in acute care settings. His background includes faculty roles at Thomas Jefferson University School of Medicine and the University of Colorado School of Medicine, where he has been recognized for his dedication to clinical education and developing future physicians. 

Before joining Legacy-GoHealth, Dr. Breyer led Denver Health’s urgent care division, where he played a key role in strengthening clinical programs and enhancing patient experience. Colleagues know him for his collaborative leadership style and his commitment to building supportive, high-performing clinical teams.
