GoHealth welcomes David Markman as Vice President of Talent Management

GoHealth Urgent Care welcomes David Markman as our new Vice President of Talent Management, a key leadership role that supports our mission to deliver effortless, connected and personal care experiences—not only for our customers, but for our team members as well.
In this role, David will lead the execution of GoHealth’s talent management strategy, with a focus on driving engagement, accountability and performance across the organization. He will oversee several core People Team functions, including performance management, organizational effectiveness, internal communications and employee relations. His leadership will help shape a more consistent and inclusive culture across our onsite and remote teams, supporting our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in every market we serve.
David brings a strong background in both operations and human resources. He began his career as a Store Director at Target, managing daily operations for stores in the Philadelphia area. He later held senior HR leadership roles at Gap Inc. and Alerislife, where he supported thousands of employees across North America. His experience in multi-site operations, employee engagement and HR compliance makes him uniquely equipped to support GoHealth’s growing national footprint.
As GoHealth continues to expand access to quality urgent care, David’s work will be instrumental in building the teams and culture that power our mission. Whether supporting a remote role in healthcare administration or a clinical team member in an urgent care center, David is committed to helping every team member thrive.
