In her expanded role, Amy will lead the development of a comprehensive learning ecosystem designed to help GoHealth achieve key business objectives. This includes shaping enterprise-wide learning strategies, enhancing onboarding programs, overseeing health and safety education, and driving the evolution of Epic training across all markets. She will also lead Revenue Cycle training initiatives to ensure seamless alignment between learning, technology and operational workflows.

Amy’s transition from Senior Director of Learning and Leadership Development to Vice President marks a strategic evolution of the learning function within GoHealth. As the organization continues to grow, the need for scalable, enterprise-level clinician, leader and frontline development has never been more important.
