GoHealth appoints Jim Griesi as Vice President of Operations

Jim Griesi joined GoHealth Urgent Care as vice president of operations for UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care, its newest and 12th joint venture. Jim leads the UPMC-GoHealth partnership, integrating new team members and centers, while ensuring access to the highest quality of patient care.

Griesi brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership, physician management, business growth and team building. Most recently, he served as group vice president of operations at Sound Physicians, overseeing East Coast operations with more than 70 programs across 16 states. There, he managed inpatient and post-acute programs, focusing on hospital medicine, emergency medicine and value-based care. Griesi has also worked at Bon Secours Health System as their regional director of operations for Physical Rehabilitation Services.

Jim, his wife, and three children live in Chesapeake, Va., where he enjoys volunteering, exercising and exploring the outdoors.
