GoHealth welcomes Eric Jones as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Performance and Partnership 

We are pleased to announce that Eric Jones has joined GoHealth Urgent Care as vice president of revenue cycle performance and partnership. 

In this role, Eric will oversee revenue cycle performance across our urgent care centers and virtual care services. His responsibilities include ensuring billing accuracy, resolving customer concerns promptly, and improving the overall customer experience. These efforts support our mission to deliver effortless, connected, and personal care while removing barriers to wellness. 

Eric brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare operations and client services. Before joining GoHealth, he served as vice president of client services at Zotec Partners, where he led strategic initiatives and strengthened partnerships with healthcare organizations nationwide. His proven leadership and commitment to realizing improvements for customers align with our core values of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
