GoHealth Welcomes Kelly Searle as New Chief Revenue Officer

GoHealth Urgent Care, headquartered in Atlanta, has named Kelly Searle as Chief Revenue Officer. In this new role at GoHealth, Searle will lead and oversee all aspects of the company’s end-to-end revenue cycle performance and opportunities.

An accomplished healthcare executive, Searle brings over 20 years of expertise in managing large-scale revenue cycle operations, repeatedly building dynamic teams that substantially increase revenue, improve margins, and develop and deploy best practices. In her most recent role, Searle was Chief Revenue Officer for Sound Inpatient Physicians, a $2 billion national organization with over 400 locations and 3,000 providers across several business lines. Previously, Searle served as Chief Operating Officer at HealthStar, a healthcare tech company, after holding multiple operational leadership roles at Zotec Partners, a revenue cycle business.

Searle earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master of Science from Northern Kentucky University. She resides in Knoxville, Tennessee, with her dog Webster.
