Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care Receives 2025 Outstanding Achievement Award

Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care was announced as the recipient of the 2025 Outstanding Achievement Urgent Care Award Winner during the Urgent Care Foundation Celebration on May 5 in Dallas, Texas. This prestigious award recognizes significant clinical, managerial and/or administrative achievements in the field of urgent care.

The announcement had been kept under wraps until the award was revealed live, onstage during the annual celebration, eliciting heartfelt cheers from attendees across the urgent care field. Kevin M. Reiter MD, Deputy Medical Director at Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care, also received recognition from the Urgent Care Association: the 2025 Sean M. McNeeley, MD, FCUCM Advancing the Specialty Award. This award recognizes an individual who has made significant and sustained contributions to advancing the specialty of urgent care medicine. Dr. Reiter has been practicing medicine for 25 years in various roles and settings, and among his work, he was the first to incorporate a virtual visit platform during the pandemic.
