Community leaders took an inside look at on-demand health care at ribbon cuttings for three new Nuvance Health-GoHealth Urgent Cares

May 10, 2024 – Spirits were high this week as community leaders and team members celebrated the openings of Nuvance Health-GoHealth Urgent Care’s North Stamford, Carmel and Poughkeepsie centers. More than 75 people attended the events, including Nuvance Health leaders, local officials, area business leaders and representatives from local chambers of commerce. 

On May 8, Nuvance Health-GoHealth celebrated the recent opening of its first center in Fairfield County, Conn. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The North Stamford center is at 1011 High Ridge Road, just south of Merrit Parkway, the largest shopping district in North Stamford. Event attendees toured the 3,500-square-foot facility to experience its state-of-the-art design and technology.  

Then on May 9, Nuvance Health-GoHealth's director of operations, Kreshnik Jusufi, and medical director, Dr. Reed Idriss, hosted two more ribbon cuttings at new centers in Poughkeepsie and Carmel, N.Y.
