Important COVID-19 Information

Center Visit Process: What you need to know

  1. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, runny nose, chills, sore throat or body aches), please schedule a Video Visit to find out if you should be tested based on testing criteria from the CDC, WHO and federal and state governments. We are now offering curbside COVID-19 testing at our West Sunshine center with a referral from a Video Visit provider.

  2. If you do not have COVID-19 symptoms, please save your spot online. This will save you time and help us safely prepare for you and other patients.

  3. If you cannot check-in online, please sign-in at our kiosk by the front door, then return to your car or wait outside if you’d like. If you’ve opted for SMS from us, our queuing system will text you when a provider is ready to see you inside! Otherwise, our staff will call you when it’s your turn to be seen inside.
